Abha Kohli
Dreams Enabling Partner
Abha is a trained and practicing counselling psychologist for many years and has experience in counselling teens and young adults. She has spent a significant amount of time in progressive mainstream schools in India. She has been helping students seeking admissions abroad to develop their essays and SOPs, engaging with them using strategies and methinks that enable the kids to uncover their latent potential. She is also the mother of two teenage kids who give her first hand experience of working with teens and young adults. She loves to spend her spare time meeting old people who feel lonely and desolate, apart from reading, baking, and organizing adventure camps for children and young adults.
Kamalpreet Dhaliwal

Kamalpreet comes with rich experience across diverse industries in the corporate world and is keenly engaged in helping teens and young adults discover their individual talents and identify suitable global education opportunities. Part of this come from guiding her own son through the journey, and a major part comes for pure passion towards this area. She has spent two decades in the corporate world heading marketing for many leading MNC & Indian brands. She also runs her own avant-garde fashion brand – her other passion. She is a travel blogger and loves exploring new countries. Her other interests include fitness, writing and photography.
Sandeep Lakhina
Chief Dreams Enabler
Sandeep spent a few years running companies in the corporate world, and then decided to pursue something he has been highly interested and active in – working with young adults on college admissions and enabling them to fulfil their dreams. He worked in the admissions office while studying in the US, has worked probono for many years with kids seeking college admission abroad, undertook education on college counselling & college admission – and he now wants to use this expertise & understanding to help more kids in this space. He currently counsels his two teenage boys along with many other kids, and has an impressive success rate with the kids he has worked with. He loves reading, current affairs, superheroes, socialising, and believes in the adage “Work hard, Party harder”.
Shefali Lakhina
Dreams Accomplishment Champion
Shefali is an educator and a senior leader at one of the finest PYP schools in india. She has many years of experience in the USA & India, and has strong expertise in the IB world. She is part of the IB Educators Network, a small select group of handpicked & trained IB professionals wherein she conducts visits and training for IB schools all over Asia Pacific. She is also a mother to two teens, including one entering college this year. She is the guiding force behind UUNDERGRAD. She also loves cooking, design & fashion, socialising & watching movies
